As a mid 50's college freshman I find this book extremely resourceful & I highly recommend! Recommended to me by 2 professors.

I'm in my mid-50's attending college for the first time. My Comp I instructor recommended this book and it's been a life-saver. I love all the different categories and considerations. It makes for a quick, simple and reliable reference. I keep it next to me whenever I'm doing homework of any type. I use Post-It self-stick tabs to write on for quick references.

Great book, a little too much on price

It is too expensive. I had to buy it for my college class, but the price was ridiculous. A little paper back book with a spiral spine was almost $40. Don't get me wrong, the book is great because it tells you everything you need to know about English and MLA, i just like to find a deal.
